General Description: A breathtaking place for the less faint-hearted!
This property is isolated and the track to it is overgrown. One would thus have to clear the vegetation to it and as much of the land lies enveloped by 2 rivers, one would have to make some sort of bridging structure to pass over.
Most of the land along the rivers´ edges is flat enough to be cultivated whilst for the rest it is hilly and sloping and one would have to create terraces by bringing in soil (easy to do according to the owner)
There is a small terrace with a barbecue where one could place a caravan oer camper.
Description Buildings: There are two watermills which have to be restored.
Water Supply: River water will have to be utilised.
Energy/Electricity Supply: Hydro, wind or solar power seem to be the only options here.
Access: A dirt track whixch has to be cleared of vegetation.
